Who are the pieces made for?

Sorors and Philos. A Soror is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and a Philo is an adult supporter of the sorority. Anyone is welcome to order.

What sizes do the pieces come in?

Paired sizes run from XS-S to 4X-5X, the windbreaker runs S to 5XL, and The Marica is one size. Each piece is cut differently, which means each one has its own fit. Go by the size guide on the product page, and message us through the contact page if you are between sizes.

What does pre-sale mean?

Every piece is on pre-sale right now. The pieces are already in transit, and pre-sale orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks, as soon as they land.

Your order ships by UPS or USPS, and you get an email with tracking the day it leaves.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the United States is a flat $12.50 per order. Right now we ship within the United States only.

Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Can I exchange or return a piece?

We do not issue refunds. You can exchange a piece within 14 days of delivery. We issue store credit once you send us the return tracking number.

How does the vote work?

Pick the piece you want made next and add your email. One vote per email. Your votes set the order the next pieces drop, and we email you when yours is ready.

Can I order for my chapter or a group?

Yes. Send us the pieces, the count and the date you need them by through the contact page, and we answer by email.
