Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. Orders ship by UPS or USPS.
How much is shipping?
A flat $12.50 per order.
Orders of $100 or more ship free.
When will my order ship?
Each product page shows when that piece ships. Pre-sale pieces ship within 4 to 6 weeks, as soon as they land.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get an email with tracking the day your order leaves.
Exchanges
Can I exchange or return a piece?
We do not issue refunds. You can exchange a piece within 14 days of delivery. It has to be unworn with the tags on, and you cover the return shipping.
How do I start an exchange?
Message us through the contact page with your order number, then ship the piece back. We issue store credit once you send us the return tracking number.

How do I find my size?
Each piece is cut differently and has its own fit. Go by the size guide, and message us through the contact page if you are between sizes.
Can I order for my chapter or a group?
Yes. Send us the pieces, the count and the date you need them by through the contact page, and we answer by email.
